I'm sorry for your tragedy, but this sort of thing doesn't "only happen in America." I take extreme exception to that comment. In fact, "that sort of thing" happens in the middle east and Europe FAR more frequently than in America. I can't imagine what ever would lead you to such a defamatory statement while trying to express well-understood sorry over this senseless disaster.
