Dear Stewart, I was horrified at the early moring reports of the shooting in your small town. I grieve with you at the loss of common sanity in your community. I also think it is theapeutic to put this on the list. We deal with wards of happy mothers and their new babes. Now you have to deal with a queue of little whit coffins and their crying moms. I wish i could reach out and hug all the staff that had to deal with this trauma. Greg Lang,M.D.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
