I would be interested in the groups protocols for clomiphene usage with anovulatory infertility. Is day 2-6 the optimum time to use this drug and if so, why? What about the maximum time of treatment and the monitoring of response? Is day 21 progesterone adequate or would you say that follicular tracking should be employed in all cases? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
