Dear colleagues, I think that many our errors are because we don't know completely all the problems about the relationship mother-baby during and before the childbirth. Often we make more thinghs of the necessary. Continuos CTG, cesarian section and episiotomy (for example) are made often with routine without to choose the rightest behaviour for women, for newborn and for us. So, I regard the discussion right and relevant and I think that we must debate and explore in anyway: IUD, CTG, triple test, pylonidal cyst and women's decision birthing and home deliveries. Again: we are gynaecologist and obstetrician and the our job is to explore and to understand anithingh about the woman. Than you.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
