Please don't quote tons of messages, some of us actually have to pay for their mail :-)-O

For what it is worth, I don't do HELLPs here any more (District Hospital) but refer to the National Hospital 250 miles away. I'd really like a protocol that would allow me to put them into the ambulance for the 3 hours (!).

On the other hand, at the NH they will most likely cut them. My experience (30 cases) is the faster/earlier the baby is out the better. That almost always means C/S here.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
