>See if you can find a copy of Munro Kerr textbook of operative obstetrics in the days when it was edited by Munro Kerr or (later) by J. Chassar Moir but no later than the seventh edtion 1964. It has all the operative proceedures described and illustrated. I have a copy at home and we keep one on the labour ward for the residents to read. You will have a treasure for life.
