But yet you guys intervene quite a bit? Isn't that a contradiction?

I do however disagree with the statement. Have free antenatal services done anything? In Germany the patients get paid if they do the 10 visits and the two sonars required there for example. Would not a program that says, if you go and do x ANC visits, we'll deliver you free of charge maybe do something? Not that I am saying this an obstetric issue but a state one... But calling for government intervention is not PC at present, right?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
