My prototcal for this is: If I had free flow of dye at time of surgery. would allow to try for pregnancy. If No pregnancy in 6 mo I schedule HSG with selective cannulization . If no passage of dye with cannulate tube with wire guide. Have open a few tubes this way with IUP following. If free passage of dye no further Rx is needed in term of surgical intervention Myer S. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
