There was a nice article in the Medical Defense Union's newsletter two years ago (or was it MPS?) "If only a C/S had been done", showing the dangers of sections which had lead to ligitation in the UK. I look at that very seriously. However if you have no anesthetic deaths since 8 years in the hospital, have just below 10% section rate one must look at the APGAR scoring. This is what the regret above means.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
