Protocol Format

Geff,

Could I make a suggestion regarding the indexing format of Protocols on ob-gyn-l? Protcol texts tend to follow the format of 1. Overview, 2. Diagnosis, 3. Management, 4. Follow-up, 5. Complications, and 6. Resources and recommended reading. This of course can be adapted the specific protocol or list preference, however, Follow-up should definitely be included when indexing. I hope this helps. :)
