Protcol texts tend to follow the format of 1. Overview, 2. Diagnosis, 3. Management, 4. Follow-up, 5. Complications, and 6. Resources and recommended reading. This of course can be adapted the specific protocol or list preference, however, Follow-up should definitely be included when indexing. I hope this helps. :) Connie Connie M. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
