Is the max 3.400g limit a guess or based upon some study using this discrimination point?

In our protocol it's 4000g (but with different X-ray pelvimetric minimal parameters than if <3.500g).

Why is only frank breech allowed?

We allow basically all presentations except for double feet (with extended knees). The Bhudda position is classically the most favourable (due to maximal dilatation of the cx).

I guess this protocol is for term pregnancies only (not stated in the on-line copy)?

We have a lower limit of 34 + 0 (and 2000g).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
