We don't do pelvimetry at all here any more as it make absolutely no difference in the eventual mode of delivery. X-Ray pelvimetry can help you for documentary purposes.

The size of the baby is of course important. As in the shoulder dystocia discussion here this emphasis is on early detection so you don't have to make these decisions under duress...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
