At present retinal exam is normal.He advised: that "normal' physical activity should not cause any particular risk other than the fact of her high myopia and increased risk of retinal detachment. Ofcourse he does not give any recommendations regarding delivery.
She wants to know whether she should have an elective cesarean section. What would YOU cyberobs do?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
