21 yo wf G1P0 24 wks and 2 days. Presents to triage last night with "increased discharge" and low back cramping past 12 hrs. Cervix 1cm 8o% soft and midposition and vertex 9ie very favorable) . FFn+ WBC 16,600 and CRP 3.9 (nl <1.0) UA neg. My dx was chorioamnionitis. Gave steroids and antibiotics and my impression is that she needs to be delivered??? Other thoughts?
