I am so sick and tired having to read this crap all the time.
Never mind that a society is not to be graded by the sharpness of the elbows of its successful but by the way it takes care of the sick, the weak and the old, I really don't get you guys from the best country on earth.
You knew that your country was f**ked up, but yet you voted for Bush who went and f**ked it up more (illegal war, liberty and economy to name a few).
So someone comes along and says, it's f**ked up, but, "yes we can" (fix it) and y'all voted for him.
Now that he goes and starts fixing it you whine again that it's f**ked up.
I don't give a dead rat's fuzzy behind about your claiming opportunities, and what you drive (Porsche or Toyota) or where you play (Golf or Bowling), I just don't want to read this whining all the time on an Obstetrician and Gynecologists' list, never mind the broomsticks flying around here all the time.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
