Any of these FetoFoto shops carry a risk of missed NTD's/ heart problems
etc. that will not stand up to signed consent/risk waivers when it
comes down to it...just a matter of time.
Certified US techs/ nurses/ FDA certified machines...medical
directors...etc. All of whom create an atmosphere in the
customer/patient's mind that there is medical supervision and everything
is safe...and if there WAS anthing wrong, surely the company would let
the customer know.... Dangerous legal footing.
Complicating this is the hospital owning both the facility and the DR
practice... both your names will be listed as endorsing/ guaranteeing
the safety of the "entertainment" US.
Don't know how to refuse the boss and make a big deal about the
brochures...we are all "team players.." but I think a point can be made
about requesting/mandating that this gets done with your name and MD
"ordering" it without your strict input and agreement.
Another path- sign on as the medical director and review all the films
yourself..get a machine in your office, takle a course and do it
yourself Fridays, right after the laser dermabrasion and Botox
injections or make sure some radiologist takes the responsibility to do
the same...
