Art you can add one more anecdote to that, I had almost an exact similar case, my case invovled a family history of some rare hemoglobinapathy that resulted in anemia in the imediate newborn period, the mom had actual had inutero tranfusions with prior pregnancies, so she was beeing followed by twice per week NST and BPP, I was on call for a Collelque the BPP was 8/8, NST not reactive not quite a classic sinosoidal pattern put pretty close. She was a vaginal birth multip but could not bring myself to induce because of the tracing,c-section; Baby was born with a hemoglobin of 78.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
