AGUS six YEARS ago. Now with LGSIL and NEGATIVE HPV. And you guys are already doing hysterectomy and lymph nodes. Are you nuts?

That would be IF you had anyone doing l/s nodes in the state, let alone the city. Our only gyn onc does things open, always.

But hyst would be after colpo and hysteroscopy correct? Or am I thinking that you would offer a hyst without any other workup?

What happened to VAGINAL HYSTERECTOMY??? Why would Lscope hyst be the typical approach??? Only if for some reason it can't be done vaginally.

LH = minimally invasive VH = LEAST invasive.

nothing good can come out of this. if your evaluation is negative, i would still be leary of leaving this uterus in a 51 year old. do you have a sono of the pelvis; what does the stripe look like? typical approach in these parts would be lscope total hysterectomy; send the uterus for frozen and if anything looks questionable, go with lscope bso and nodes in same setting. she goes home the same day.
