This is a multipart message in MIME format. Not sure. IF colpo and EMB were negative, and patient was anxious, I would offer the hysterectomy. If no one is doing laparoscopic nodes, then Dan is right (as ALWAYS) and a TVH would be a great option. However, I am not sure that a TVH is and less invasive than a TLH.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
