Not sure. IF colpo and EMB were negative, and patient was anxious, I would offer the hysterectomy. If no one is doing laparoscopic nodes, then Dan is right (as ALWAYS) and a TVH would be a great option. Our only gyn onc does things open, always. But hyst would be after colpo and hysteroscopy correct? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
