Agree with Dan, this comes up all the time, for example they are sure of paternatity dad is -ve we don't need it( well the DAD was not as negative as we thought); this is an IVF pregnancy we are sure DAD is negative,( like emmryos have never been mislabelled); the divorce rate is 50%.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
