Which is really sad, because what kind of complication rate will you get if you pull that much baby back up through the cervix? Ina may has a video which shows the births of 6 frank breech babies, 2 with nuchal arms that needed to be freed and one that needed to have the head flexed to get it delivered. All delivered successfully and without trauma. Might be worth having on hand to show OB residents so that they at least have seen what a vaginal breech birth looks like, in case this happens to them. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
