NOTE: an FYI for all of us: Chances of accreta with previa and only 1 prior c-section remains low ie in the range of 2-4% as I recall. Odds shoot way up to about 66% when patient has had 3 or more c-sections. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
