Dan,

Single dose is mandatory, in prematures one may repeat so around every 10 days but I can't find any evidence to support reduction of IVH in non prematures, ie 35 weeks as in this case. I can also not find anything about repeat dosages lowering IVH.

Does the incidence if IVH differ between vaginal delivery and vaginal bypass?
