I agree that although ovarian primary is highly suspicious with the ascites and omental nodules, I really think with normal appearing ovaries, other etiologies have to be considered. With the pancreatic nodule, I would think that has to be considered. Has the internist or general surgeon ordered any serology that might point to pancreas?

I also agree with others on calling your consulting gyn & general oncologist.
