In the last year I have been using Ligasure or Gyrus almost exclusively for abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies. I find it quick and reliable and the only comment I would have is that you can't do the uterosacrals reliably, but nearly always have to stitch them. I have no experience with endogia or the harmonic scalpel in abdo hyst.

Curious whether others have much experience with ligasure to do hysterectomies. We had the rep come by and detail us about it, but wanted to get other's opinions regarding its use. How does it compare to using endogia or harmonic?

Thanks, appreciate the input.
