I have used it. It can burn and cause bleeding. I found that if you use estrogen cream on the off days it is better tolerated

'A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.' - Alexander Tyler, Scotish History Professor, University of Edinburgh, 1787

Have any of the listers used Aldara cream to treat CIN of the vagina? Saw a patient today from Mt Airy NC ( for you oldsters - you know what TV program was based there) - she previously had Ca-in-situ of the vaginal vault and was treated with Aldara cream weekly.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
