Question about hiring office employeesFrom: GIN11153@aol.comMon Oct 27 22:04:32 2008
I am interviewing and hiring now for front and back office assistants for my OB clinic that hopefully will be open in 2 weeks. Do you require TB testing, chicken pox immunity vs vaccine, etc? I imagine if I do all this then I as the employer have to pay for the testing, as hospitals do with a new hire? I am hiring only people who are currently working in doctors' offices, who are friends of friends. Gail Neuman RNC CPHW Administrator/student midwife Orange County Maternity Center 1210 S. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
