Daniel Braun: "Re: Ob: IVF candidate" I can't believe that she wants to conceive twins again after an IUFD at 32 weeks. She knows better than most the possible risks. I know I'm assuming some things, but it seems like she started this c-section/scarring mess after a fetal death forced her hand and she had to have her first child by c-section 8 weeks early. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
