They don't sell them anymore, so I don't think it's a problem to use them or modify them. I can scan it and send it to you as a pdf when I get a few minutes. I can't find my English version at the moment, but I assume you or someone at your clinic reads Spanish. We still use this one at our outreach clinic and it seems to work well. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
