I have asked my friend Google, and Heinrich Doerfler seems to have been an Obstetrician working in Erlangen, Germany around 1900. He wrote a book about introducing asepsis into Cesarean Sections (which you can find in rare book shops) and was quoted in the below article from 1950. I was unable to find out the incision :-)- Maybe Shabanay would be using it? :-)-O el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
