I have had this problem a few times We do Novasures under LA too. I notice that if I pull back a cm and then tray and open the array it helps.Some cavities are a bit twisted. Having a visual picture of the size ,orientation and direction of the cavity at the prior hysteroscopy helps to direct the array before opening it Aditi Specialist UK
