Congratulations on a job well done, John.

How many of the young folks who ahve never seen a vaginal breech delivery would be willing to make that decision (and handle the aftercoming head if Pipers needed?)?

I have often made that comment - the young folks just don't have the skills for this anymore. 15 (maybe 18) years ago my brand new partner was the "2nd OB' at a twin delivery. Second baby was delivered as a podalic extraction - and afterwards she said, "Wow - I have never even seen a vaginal breech delivery before."
