If you confirm that is a no organic pathology (discard organic causes) and are sure about a "hyperestrogenic" cycles, I suggest: etamsilato, 500 mg c/6hs, until relief the bleedings. Remember that the fisiophatologic treatment is based in endometrial patterns. If it is more than 10 mm you `ll need progestins therapy; if the endometrium is less than 6mm, you need estrogen and progesterone.
