Sermo is great! It's kinda like our community
here, except not limited to OB-Gyn (though it IS
limited to U.S. licensed MD's and DO's, sorry El,
Bernard, and others). Sermo is Latin for
"conversation" and that is essentially what goes
on there. Some interesting case presentations,
some in real time, lots of the usual griping
about the state of American medicine, and
actually some small efforts to do something about
it.
If you join and then get 10 of your colleagues to
