Sermo is great! It's kinda like our community here, except not limited to OB-Gyn (though it IS limited to U.S. licensed MD's and DO's, sorry El, Bernard, and others). Sermo is Latin for "conversation" and that is essentially what goes on there. Some interesting case presentations, some in real time, lots of the usual griping about the state of American medicine, and actually some small efforts to do something about it.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
