Both doses are correct, sort of.

I have an extensive MTX protocol we developed in 2003, including pt. info sheets, follow-up labs, ofc visits, etc. for our large group, including both single and multiple dose MTX. Notice the dose is not the same: 50mg/m2 for the single dose, and 1.0 mg/kg, for multidose Rx. (Modeled after Stoval)
