Thank you Bernard, Robert, Art for reply. She and I have kept in the mind a thought about sad for her probability to go through in-vitro fertilization. She is young enough spiritually and optimistic as a person to conceive avoiding hopefully next step in treatment infertility so far. However, it would be more expensive and time consuming to begin with.

Thank you El for remark. I wanted to say distal obstruction with proposal of salpingostomy.
