Dr Kalegin,

Wouldn't her best chance for conception be through in-vitro fertilization?

Dear Listers,

31 yo nullip has had 2 year period of infertility. HSG shows tubal both side obstructions at the proximal parts of tubes. Kind of bilateral hydrosalpinges without large distention of tubes in diameter.

My proposal is to go to lapscope. Having some money patient would like to explore opportunity to do it abroad. The reason is she is infection control specialist and has some pessimism about our equipment. Who from the group will be willing to contact her or me to clarify medical and financial sides of project to treat her abroad?

Happily airfare to NY from us is cheapest among all other. Although Bernard (France and Europe would be an option too, but euro too high).

Thank you.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
