I agree Bernard, my main concern would be that with the C/S she has a relative contraindication to plain TVH (although I have done them in pt's with previous C/S), and that added with the unusual anatomy has swayed me in favor of an LAVH. Will be ordering an IVP when I get in to the office on Monday, thanks Dan. The patient has duplication of the cervix and a small (2cm) fold of tissue between them, but not a septum for the full length of the vagina. Thanks for the encouragement Richard. John.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
