LAVH on a Uterus DidelphusFrom: John Robertson (johngmrobertson@shaw.ca)Sun Apr 27 11:01:32 2008
Recently referred a patient with menorrhagia, who at hysteroscopy was noted to have uterus didelphus with a submucosal fundal fibroid in the left horn near the fundus. Offered her resection with ablation, but she is interested in Hysterectomy. Previous C/S (different institution, anomaly not recognized), and I offered her an LAVH. Any tips, tricks, caveats for this case? Thanks in advance. John. PS - Ran the Boston Marathon 3:30:14 - incredible experience, great city, didn't get to see Lance Armstrong except on TV.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
