Over 34 weeks--no steroids unless amnio done and lung maturity not proven. Yes, the late preterm baby alluded to in ACOG's Committe Bulletin has more morbidity, etc., but this baby is far from thriving inside. Reassuring testing is nice, but nicer is a baby in the nursery. Deliver her, my friend. Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
