She is not bleeding. One CT showed a thickened endometrium of 10 mm, for which she was referred. Her exam was benign and consistent with her age and menopausal status. A pelvic ultrasound was ordered (I ordered it): 10 mm endometrium with a 1 cm. cyst or artifact in the lower uterine segment. What's next? Garry
