Just as an aside.

For people with a license to carry a concealed weapon, they are NOT allowed to carry the weapon in a building/office where a NO GUNS decal is on the door.

So if you put a NO GUNS decal on your door, ANYONE who brings a gun in the office is officially breaking some law or ordinance. Not that it will keep them from shooting up the place, but it starts the situation off on the right foot. They are not allowed to be there. PLUS -- you've taken a reasonable precaution to protect your patients and staff.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
