I've been using what I've been told is a very good computer generated Prenatal Record for years and I've been encouraged to try and share it with the obstertrical community. This is not an attempt to market to anyone here. I would just appreciate any feedback from anyone outside my small community. The forms can be evaluated at http://www.smartob.com. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
