(long) If she has a fever than she also has a chronic ruptured appendix, otherwise it is a chronic ectopic or prehaps a germ cell tumor of the ovary that is secreting BHCG, could also be a perforation along the placental bed with some invasiion of trophpblast(actually had two such cases in the last five years had to do hyst on one when she presented with massive hemmorraghe two months after suction D&C). This women needs a proper EUA, D&C and laporotomy, its time to stop farting around.
