That is the theoretical dilemma - if the passage is fine enough, barium may be too tick to fill the fistula.

I suppose, if one can see the opening, that some low viscosity dye (Hexabrix, renograffin, etc) may be injected through it and tracked.

I will post the findings once I see the pt.
