Don't use Cat-Cut any longer, in particular the non chromic one has a serious foreign body reaction. There is Vicryl-Rapid. Though, I like to do (especially) uncommon procedures by the described technique.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
