I think that methotrexate doesn't work on a "no longer active" placental tissue, so probably no point in using the Mtx... hopefully the partial"accreta " part won't give problems, sometimes that is the case...let's hope. have lots of blood available. frances wren agree U/S is meant to be as good for diagnosing accreta/percreta as other modalities I think.
