Kaplan Sent: Saturday, February 02, 2008 12:13 AM To: Multiple recipients of list OB-GYN-L Subject: endometriosis? 37 y.o black female G1P0010(ectopic age 27) presents to office with 3 months of persistent and sever pain in the subclavicular area on the right chest area. Pain is worse with deep inspiration and only occurs with menses. She has not been on hormonal contraceptives. Have any of you seen pleuritic endometriosis? Does anyone think a CT of the chest would help define her problem? Richard Kaplan, OBG

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
