First I assume any case presented here can be modified for better learning experience. Second and any person going back to the hospital, time frame etc to find out the patient is the one violating any privacy concern! The cases here are presented for teaching, learning and discussion purposes; you should never assume they are 100% accurate. Morbidity and Mortality rounds are the best quality control any institution can have, as long as they are conducted in an anonymous fashion everyone benefits, with future patient care benefiting the most.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
