I would watch her in house, consult MFM and consider delivery options. I
would give steroids, and consider intervention 24-48 hours later if
repetitive decels don't make you pull the trigger sooner.

Need Input from group
34 weeks G1P0 NST done for GDMa2 on glyburide and euglcyemic. NST reactive
but during course of the test , spontaneous acute decell occurs to 90 bbm
lasting 3 minutes with acute return to baseline. Continued observation on
monitor and decell occurs again lasting 2 minutes down to 90. I scanned pt
and afi 12 baby with good tone movement etc. What to do now and how to
follow? other tests? etc thanks agf
